The check-in process was infuriatingly slow! It took nearly an hour to get into our room, which was ridiculous. We were given a cramped, depressing room that barely accommodated our small pet. After requesting a different room, it took an eternity for the staff to confirm this change, wasting even more of our time! On top of that, the final price was much higher than what was advertised and breakfast wasn't included as promised.

It was just a suitable option for getting around the area in Guaymas with decent value for money. The pool area and garden were nice, giving a bit of relaxation after a long day. Bring your own coffee if you're a serious coffee drinker.

The beds are comfy like really, we had a good sleep every night! The staff actually offers dog beds and dishes which was nice, seemed like a small touch but it really made it feel more like home for me and my pup.

This hotel suits me perfectly! Wi-Fi, free parking, and a great outdoor swimming pool make my stay enjoyable. On my first visit, staff helped me find delicious food, which I still remember. Highly recommend you try it too! I'll be back next year.
